By accessing or joining this website/server, you ("Client", "You", "Your") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by Project X ("we", "us", "our"). The term "third-party" refers to any companies or services that are not affiliated with Project X.

There are NO refunds/compensation for our services under any circumstance after key has been provided or console service has been done.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or compensation for any of our services, including Rebrands, Panels, and Custom Menus. Processing times may vary depending on the server, ranging from 1 hour up to few days.

• Use of injected software (e.g., cheats, debuggers, blacklisted and so on.)
• Account bans or restrictions imposed by the game launcher
• Use of hard-coded adapters (e.g., Bluetooth/WiFi) that cannot be modified
• Failure to cooperate with our support team (as outlined in Section 3 in our discord)

• All products (Including Sources, Rebrands, Panels)
• Products purchased via exchanges, gift cards, or promotions
• Paid promotions, shops, or third-party services
• "Change of mind" or non-usage of purchased products (all sales are final)
• License keys that are banned or expired (e.g., due to sharing)
• Expired warranty period (refer to Section 7 on our discord for warranty details)
• Lost license keys

Account Warranty

Accounts come with a 3-day warranty. This warranty covers issues with the account itself, but it is voided if the customer engages in any actions that damage or compromise the account. After the 3-day period, no compensation, replacements, or refunds will be given.

Use of Products

Our products are designed for personal use only. The seller is not responsible for any in-game bans or suspensions. You use our products at your own risk.

All Sales Are Final

All our sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the seller decides to make an exception.

Privacy & Security Policy

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. We will never sell, trade, rent, exchange, or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company, or organization.

Consumer Policy

By purchasing from us, you (being the consumer/customer/buyer/member) acknowledge that you automatically agree to the above-stated terms of service, and we are not legally liable for any reason whatsoever.

We do not sell any software - we sell license keys. In that case, everything we are doing is fully legal as we have not broken any terms of service or laws, as there are no laws against selling license keys but rather software. The software in question is gifted to you/a donation for buying our license key.

This website is operated by anonymous sources, which will be referred to as just "The Merchant" in the following terms. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Merchant. The Merchant offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

After the product you have purchased has been sent to the email you entered, we are not responsible for the product purchased. Any chargebacks will be taken as fraud - please refrain from opening a dispute on PayPal. You must open a ticket and get support before opening a dispute. If you do not open a ticket before opening a dispute, you will receive no further support from us.
